Chacha Sour

Ingredients:

  • 3-5 Grains of Rkatsiteli Grape

  • 50 ml Chacha

  • 25 ml Lemon Juice

  • 20 ml Sugar Syrup

  • ½ Egg Whites

  • 15 ml Saperavi Liqueur

How to Make It:

Muddle grains of Rkatsiteli grape,

pour  Chacha, lemon juice, sugar syrup and

egg whites.

 

Mix ingredients in a shaker, shake well for about 15 seconds and pour the cocktail into the glass and add Saperavi liqueur.

 

Plum and Blackberry Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 3-5 Blackberries

  • 2-3 Leaves of Red Basil

  • 50 ml Plum Brandy

  • 20 ml Lemon Juice

  • 25 ml Sweet Vermouth

  • 15 ml Saperavi Liqueur

  • 30 ml Blueberry Liqueur

How to Make It:

Muddle Blackberries with Leaves of Red Basil, Pour Plum Brandy, Lemon juice, Sweet Vermouth, and Blueberry liqueur.

shake well for about 15 seconds and pour the cocktail into the glass.

 

Peach 75

Ingredients:

  • 1 Plum

  • 50 ml Peach Brandy

  • 25 ml Peach Liqueur

  • 20 ml Lemon Juice

  • 10 ml Sugar Syrup

  • Brut Reserve Champagne

How to Make It:

Muddle one plum, pour peach brandy, peach liqueur, lemon juice, and sugar syrup.

Shake well for about 15 seconds and pour the cocktail into a champagne glass.

Add Brut reserve champagne.

 

Feijoa Negroni

Ingredients:

  • 25 ml Feijoa Brandy

  • 25 ml Campari Liqueur (Bitter aperitivo)

  • 30 ml Saperavi Liqueur

How to Make It:

Put ice in a shaker, pour Feijoa Brandy, Campari liqueur (Bitter Aperitivo), and Saperavi liqueur.  Shake well for about 15 seconds and pour the cocktail into a champagne glass.

 
 

Feijoa Sour

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml Chacha

  • 20 ml Feijoa Brandy

  • 25 ml Lemon Juice

  • 20 ml Sugar Syrup

  • ½ Egg Whites with Ice

  • 15 ml Cherry Liqueur

How to Make It:

Shake Chacha, Feijoa Brandy, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup, and Egg Whites with Ice.

Pour into the cocktail glass and add the Cherry Liqueur.

Feijoa Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Feijoa Brandy

  • 25 ml Feijoa Liqueur

  • 10 ml Sugar Syrup

  • 2 drops of Angostura Bitter with Ice

How to Make It:

Mix Feijoa Brandy, Feijoa Liqueur, Sugar Syrup, 2 drops of Angostura bitter with ice.

Swirl well and pour in a glass with ice.

Add lemon zest.

 

Nectarine Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml of Nectarine Fruit Puree

  • 40 ml Peach Brandy

  • 30 ml Cherry Liqueur

  • 15 ml Lemon Juice

  • 10 ml Sugar Syrup

How to Make It:

Blend Nectarine to get 30 ml of fruit puree.

Add Peach Brandy, Cherry Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup.

Shake well for 15 seconds and pour into the cocktail glass.
